What we process
We store your training history, city and altitude, photos, injuries or niggles, sleep, mood, free-text notes, and coaching conversations. This is personal and health-adjacent data. The application is not medical care and is not an emergency service.
AI providers
When you use an AI feature, the relevant context (which can include your notes, sensations, injuries, city and altitude, and for photo features the image itself) is sent to the provider configured for that feature: Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini for generation, and Voyage AI for embeddings. Each feature uses exactly its saved provider and never silently switches. Copies held by a provider are governed by that provider's own retention policy and cannot be deleted by this application.
Photos
Photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket; the application refuses to use a public one. On upload they are re-encoded, which strips EXIF metadata including GPS location. Images stored before this release did not go through that step.
No analytics
The application loads no analytics, tracking, or advertising scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser makes no request to an external font CDN.
Retention
Records are kept until you delete them or delete your account; there is no automatic expiry. We also record per-call provider usage (tokens and estimated cost) to enforce your spend limit; that record does not include the text of your requests.
Your choices
From Settings you can export all of your records as JSON and request account deletion. Deletion revokes your sessions immediately and queues every private object; records and images are removed once the deletion job completes. Copies held by AI providers follow each provider's own policy.
